Tony has worked in Commercial Sales and Leasing at WHK Commercial for the past 2 years and has lived and worked in the Illawarra region his entire life. He has a love and passion for the region and has been involved in local property purchasing, selling, leasing and property management since 1998.

Tony has been involved in the management of family and corporate-owned large-scale multi-State businesses for the past 25 years and prior to that, served in the NSW Police Force for 8 years.

Coming from a large Italian family and having two daughters of his own, he prides himself on good family ethics and morals. He has a passion to provide great service to the local community and make a strong contribution to the WHK team.

Helen joins the WHK Commercial team after many years in the real estate industry, located in the Southern Highlands and the Northern Suburbs of Sydney.

In addition to her real estate career, Helen has been owned and been director of a retail maintenance business, carrying out maintenance and shop fit-outs in shopping centres across NSW and the ACT for over 15 years. This has seen Helen’s focus shift from residential sales to commercial and industrial sales, and her move to the Illawarra.

Utilising her excellent time management and organisational skills, as the Principals PA, Helen provides Harry the opportunity and availability to his clients ensuring they receive the best of Harrys time and skills in negotiating Sales & leasing.

With so many years exposure to the different aspects of real estate, from Sales, Leasing and Management within both residential and retail sectors, Helen has a unique skill set enabling her to provide an all-encompassing service to her clients.

As a licenced agent Helen manages the finer details of the process of sales and leasing and thrives in meeting new clients, developing and maintaining strong working relationships that last many years and through many transactions.

Mark has recently relocated from Sydney to the Illawarra and South Coast Region. He brings to WHK a vast range of knowledge as a result of his years working in both the Real Estate and Construction Industries.
Upon completion of his schooling, Mark achieved a Diploma of Business Real Estate Marketing, Certificate III in Carpentry & Certificate III in Surveying & Spatial Information Services.
Mark has worked in numerous roles throughout his career starting in Residential Property Management, leading on to a position as a Business Development Manager and a Residential Selling Agent. He then progressed into a change of career and moved into the Building Industry as a Licensed Carpenter and Project Construction Surveyor.
Mark has built his reputation on honesty, integrity and taking pride in his work, always going that extra mile to ensure his clients are happy with his services.

Maddison is a valued member of the Accounts team and together with her ambitious nature and passion for real estate, she has transitioned into a Property Manager Assistant role whilst continuing to support the Accounts team. A highly motivated and dedicated professional, Maddison is personable and courteous in all her interactions with a proven ability to build positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members.

Maddison’s upbeat nature and energetic approach to her tasks and set goals enable her to inject enthusiasm into everything she does. She particularly enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and loves to challenge herself with new opportunities both personally and professionally.

Jessica joined the WHK Commercial Property team in June 2012, having relocated from Sydney to Wollongong. Jessica had previously worked in various Marketing roles for residential Real Estate agencies as well as Advertising & Production companies in Sydney.

After three and a half years working for Harry in various roles within the company, Jessica was appointed Commercial Property Manager and managed a small team and a portfolio of over 140 commercial and industrial properties throughout the Illawarra.

Jessica left WHK Commercial Property in August 2016, taking a short stint of maternity leave and returned to the company in a part-time capacity at the beginning of 2017 in the role of HR & Accounts Manager.

She continues to contribute her exceptional skills, experience, enthusiasm, loyalty and a strong work ethic to her role whilst striving to maintain a work/life balance between her career and family. Jessica is an integral part of the WHK Commercial team and proudly holds the title of the longest-serving employee which she looks forward to keeping for many years to come.

After having spent most of her professional career based in Sydney, Mary relocated back to her hometown of Wollongong and thoroughly enjoys her administrative support role in the Sales & Leasing department at WHK.
Mary is an administrative professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Having worked in various office environments, Mary brings a broad range of skills and experience to her role and invariably seeks new challenges or additional responsibilities as part of her daily routine.
Organised and adaptable, her attention to detail and excellent time management skills means that every task is completed efficiently, and to the highest possible standard. Above all, Mary is a people person who thrives on creating a vibrant and fun culture in the office.

Shaun comes to commercial real estate with close to a decade of sales experience. Over the last 5 years in car sales, Shaun has developed a commitment to understanding people’s needs, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Born and raised in the Wollongong area, Shaun takes pride in knowing his professionalism and work ethic create a positive experience for people and that the strong working relationships built within the community reflect his reputation and achievements.
