Having started her property management career at WHK several years ago, Melissa is a dedicated member of the WHK team and always working on improving processes to gain the best results for our clients throughout WHK’s growth. Damian, having lived and worked in Wollongong throughout the past 45 years and still currently residing and raising a family here, Damian feels that he is very much in tune with the Illawarra as well as its surrounding regions and its people. Damian has been successfully self employed for the past 16 years and believes that this experience helps him to relate to the wants and needs of local business communities.
Damian has been actively involved in the region’s local real estate market as a buyer, seller, landlord and tenant, having bought and sold a large number of residential and commercial properties over the past 16 years. Jessica joined the WHK Commercial Property team in June 2012, having relocated from Sydney to Wollongong.
Jessica has previously worked in various Marketing roles for residential Real Estate agencies as well as Advertising & Production companies in Sydney.
After three and a half years working for Harry in various roles within the company, Jessica was appointed Commercial Property Manager and managed a small team and a portfolio of over 140 commercial and industrial properties throughout the Illawarra.
Jessica left WHK Commercial Property in August 2016 to take on a new challenge – motherhood – taking a short stint of maternity leave to care for her boy/girl twins. She has returned to the company in a part-time capacity at the beginning of 2017 and very much enjoys maintaining a work/life balance between her career and family.
She continues to contribute her exceptional skills, experience, enthusiasm, loyalty and a strong work ethic to her role and is an integral part of the WHK Commercial team.

Sarah has recently relocated back to the Illawarra with her family after a long stint in Melbourne.
Having commenced her career with LJ Hooker Bondi Junction in 2007, she has since accrued a vast range of experience within the property sector.
Prior to joining WHK, Sarah spent 6 years managing a commercial/medical portfolio at Medical One where she was involved in the initial acquisition research, design, implementation, setup and management of fully integrated medical centres. During her time with Medical One, she was primarily involved in commercial leasing including landlord, allied health & specialist liaison, contract negotiation, lease management, maintenance, operational assistance & marketing.
Outside of work, Sarah has a keen interest in residential development and real estate investment opportunities.
Sarah has carried out extensive sales training courses, holds a Cert IV in Business and is currently undertaking her Certificate IV in Property Services (License).
Stephanie has joined WHK Commercial as Asset Manager.
Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge in maintaining assets for our clients with a background as a licensed Strata Manager for the past 7 years, managing large commercial and residential towers in Sydney and Wollongong with developed skills in all aspects of maintenance, compliance and professional relationships with contractors.
Stephanie has an eye for detail and is committed to servicing the needs of all our valued clients in every aspect of asset management.

Sophie graduated high school in 2014 and following her 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, kick-started her real estate career and joined the WHK Commercial team in February 2017 in the role of Receptionist. Sophie brought with her a keen eye for detail, an honest, professional and proactive attitude to her role and was a friendly and approachable Front of House representative for the company.
Sophie shows maturity beyond her years, and after less than 12 months in the role, moved away from Reception and into WHK’s Commercial Property Management department in an Administrative capacity. Sophie feels her strengths lie in communications and organisation and hopes to have the opportunity to build and develop strong, long-term client relationships with landlords and tenants.

Before joining WHK, Anna was previously responsible for reporting and delivering financial results for a portfolio of Shopping Centres, as well as assisting Centre Management Employees with daily accounting issues.
Holding the Accounts Officer Role, Anna is a valued member of the WHK team. She has spent the vast majority of her career in the property industry, bringing her wealth of knowledge and over 20 years experience in administration and accounting to WHK Commercial.

Tammy is a well-known local having grown up in the northern suburbs of Wollongong.
Tammy brings a good balance of knowledge and experience to WHK, having managed a number of family businesses including local post offices. In addition, Tammy has also worked in the finance sector, working for a number of major financial institutions for a number of years and is renowned for her customer service.
Subsequently, Tammy has experience in the automotive industry, performing a number of roles including customer care programs, corporate manufacturer claims, general administration and accounts.
Recently, Tammy has worked for a number of local Valuers and Real Estate agencies, and this, coupled with her previous experience, makes Tammy a valuable member of our Property Management team in her role as Accounts Officer.
Chris recently graduated from the University of Wollongong, having completed a degree in Communications and Media, majoring in Digital Media. He has a strong background in social media marketing and content creation for offline and online advertisement. Chris has a strong passion for growing brands in the digital landscape. This includes exploring the capabilities of various media types and emerging technologies for the purposes of spreading brand awareness and connecting with the right audiences. Chris has held various roles in digital marketing and brings with him an innovative outlook for the world of advertising in commercial real estate.
