Mia joined WHK in February 2026 with a strong customer service background having previously fronted a busy Dental Practice in Wollongong, which made her an ideal fit joining our busy Asset Management department.

Mia very quickly proved herself to be capable of a lot more and after just 4 weeks saw herself promoted to Asset Management Assistant and has consistently been meeting and exceeding expectations since, having dived into all things Asset Management in a short space of time.

Working alongside Dan, Mia has assisted in ensuring a <1% arrears position across the portfolio, drafting and interpreting Lease documentation and improved tenant liaison, having recently secured her Certificate of Registration, Mia is building a strong foundation for a successful career in Real Estate.
